Howdy, the name's Elyas. I'm 21 and I once stole a Kermit the Frog doll when I was 2 years old. I also draw sometimes.

I actually thought this was a pretty bad ass game. The scenes, stages, and overall art and coloring of everything was amazing, and the soundtrack was beautiful as well. I really want to play it now.

Fire Emblem: Awakening - “Classes” Trailer

8 Minutes of lovely new footage showing off all the classes in the game.

  1. I want to be a Taguel so badly.
  2. The Dark Mage’s voice was too adorbz.

Wind Waker Reimagined

Part of a redesign competition at Dave Rapoza’s Crimson Daggers, prompting artists to dismantle and reinterpret one of the greatest Zelda games in the series. Perfection may not exist in nature, but Wind Waker came damned close in my mind, so it’s a daunting task to push the reset button on the art style. But kudos to these artists for taking it in a less cartoon-y direction. Though I’m disappointed in the distinct lack of pig-throwing in these pictures.

Putting aside the fact that I got no sleep last night and work was total hell, I did get to work a nap into my down time before I went out with the boys to a gallery opening in Logan Square. Some amazing pieces by some great artist were shown tonight and might I say that this inspired me to go ahead with different projects. I’d like to see my work in a gallery one day. Maybe not this year, but eventually.

Look at that BAD ASS Amaterasu.

The Arts of Greig Rapson

Greig has many more fantastic arts, but I especially dig his interpretations of Mega Man, Godzilla, and Alice in Wonderland. To see some of his other work, check out his deviantart.
